600 F2 Head gasket replacement. My 1994 CBR 600 F2 has oil in the coolant and white smoke coming out of the exhaust periodically, as well as a "running hot" or over heating issue. So i think i need to replace the head gasket. I have a manual on order, but for the sake of time what do I need to replace?

When the bike got delivered on Friday the chap from the garage started it and it stuck up first time! I got it out of the shed today and tried to start it and it took some time to start.
