Between the terrible campaign, the weak implementation of split-screen, and the constant crashing, Black Ops 3 feels like a rushed job, despite its three year development cycle.
When you are on the screen that lets you choose Campaign, Multiplayer, or Zombies, both controllers will scroll down to the "Zombies" option and simultaneously click "x" on the controller. Keep pressing the x button several times and it should work.
